1. Delivery Charges: The delivery charges vary from seller to seller. The final amount will be shown on the checkout page.
2. Hidden costs: There are no hidden costs asked to be paid at any point of purchase-to-delivery time. The prices mentioned on the platform at the final stage are exactly what a customer will pay.
3. Estimated Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is calculated based on several factors such as the availability of the product with the seller, the location of the seller and customer, and the public holidays including Sundays in between. You would need to enter your pin code correctly.
4. Damaged Products Received: Unfortunately, sometimes the products might get damaged in transit and you get the same, but you can initiate the return as soon as you get it.
5. Payment Methods Availability (COD): COD availability depends on our courier partner and its ability to accept cash payment as they have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination. Any order above that limit is a no-go for the COD option.

6. Exchange or Return policies: While on some products you might get both the options of Returning a product or exchanging it with another, on some products you might get only one option. It varies from product to product and you can check this on the product page before hitting the payment option.
7. Order Cancellation: While you do that you will have to mention the apt reason for the return and also add the comments for our feedback. Your amount will be credited to your account within 2-3 days if you have already paid for the order using online payment methods.
1. Shipping SLA: The orders of your customers must be shipped within 3-4 days of receiving them i.e., the SLA (Service Level Agreement) mentioned by you on the product.
2. Return SLA & RTO: The customers can return the products within 7 days from the delivery date and the undelivered shipments get returned to the origin.
3. Return Compensation Charges: The sellers won’t be charged for any product returns or RTO (Return to Origin) products.
4. Cancellation Fine: The sellers won’t be fined or charged for the orders canceled by the customer.
